Nothing different, nothing more for the 1st buyer
The original initiator of any reprints purchase doesn’t have to do anything different than they normally would. They can request quotes and place orders the same way they always have – by email, online order form, or phone. Once we receive the order, we’ll communicate to other buyers across your organization to invite them to the purchase. Buyers can be designated into relevant purchasing groups according to customer-defined parameters such as product affiliation, therapeutic area, or reprints language. |

Secondary buyers view clear cost savings
Once a colleague has placed an order, other potential reprint buyers can view order volume thresholds needed to generate savings for themselves and colleagues. This information is visible in the email they receive and via the Article Group Purchase online user interface (UI), which contains a cost estimation calculator. |
